Ever parked next to a car running your exact parts?
Nobody at the meet has your kit.
One-of-one carbon fiber parts, drawn to fit your car. Pick your car, its year and paint, then the parts and the weave. The studio puts the carbon on a real photo of your model and draws the same build in CAD. Drag the scan line to compare.
Drag the arrow (or anywhere on the image with a mouse) to scan between render and CAD.
Build sheet
| Part | Part no. | Construction | Review | Span | Estimate |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Prototype estimate | — |
Estimates are a prototype range for planning, not a quote. Spans are reference dimensions from the car's published size. Your real CAD is fitted against scanned geometry of your car and checked by an engineer, and you see the final price before you pay anything.
The studio
Pre-launch · Founding list open
A design studio for one car at a time.
Custom Composites is an AI design studio for one-of-one carbon fiber car parts.
Pick the part and the weave and see it on a real photo of your model, as in the studio above. Then we build CAD against scanned geometry of your make and model, an engineer reviews it, and you approve the files before we quote the build. A carbon fiber manufacturing partner will make the parts, and the CAD files are yours.
The problem
Sameness · Fitment · Access
You bought parts to stand out. So did the owner parked next to you.
About 1 in 4 vehicle owners bought parts to personalize their vehicle, according to the SEMA 2026 Market Report. Getting a part nobody else runs is the hard part.
Sameness
Catalog kits are made to sell in volume, so the lip on your car is on the car two spots down.
Fitment
Close enough gets expensive. Mass-market parts are built to fit a whole model line, and owners pay a body shop to trim, shim and refit them.
Access
A custom shop means finding a designer, months of emails and revision rounds, and a big bill before you see anything real.
How it will work
One guided conversation
Four steps from one sentence to a part made for one car.
It all happens in one guided conversation with the studio. Nothing gets made until you sign off on the files and the quote.
-
01
Describe it
Tell the studio what you want in plain words. Gloss twill mirror caps with a sharper edge. A front lip that sits lower at the corners.
-
02
See it on your car
The studio renders the part on your car. Change the shape, the weave or the finish until you love the look. The plan is free renders up to a limit, so you see the look before you pay for design.
-
03
Fitted in CAD, checked by an engineer
We build real CAD against scanned geometry of your make and model. An engineer reviews every file for fit and mounting. The planned design fee counts toward your build if you order.
-
04
Approve and build
You approve the CAD files, and we quote the build. A carbon fiber manufacturing partner will make the parts and ship them to you. The CAD files are yours.
Launch parts
Cosmetic and low-load first
We start with the parts you see and touch every day.
At launch the studio takes on cosmetic and low-load parts. Every CAD file gets an engineer's review, and anything that sits in the airflow gets a deeper one. Tell us on the form what you want first. Your answers decide where we start.

Why you can trust the fit
Fitted before it's made
Designed by AI. Checked by an engineer. Approved by you.
We're building a library of scanned vehicle geometry. The AI will design against it, so your part starts from scanned surfaces of your make and model. Once you pick a look, we fit the CAD against that geometry, and an engineer reviews it for fit and mounting. Nothing is quoted until you approve the files. The CAD side of the studio above is a preview of that step: the part outlines, part numbers and spans are drawn from the photo and the car's published size, and the real files come from the scan fit.

Owned
Your approved CAD files come to you for reorders or repairs later.
Original
Every design starts from your description. We don't copy another brand's kit, and we won't sell your design to another owner.
Questions
Straight answers
What owners ask first.
Are those real photos of my car?
They are real photos of the same model and generation, not your car itself. The studio removes the background, changes the paint to the color you pick and draws the carbon parts onto the photo. It's a preview of the look. Your actual CAD is built against scanned geometry of your make and model.
Is Custom Composites open yet?
Not yet. The studio above is a working prototype, and no part has been built yet. The founding list tells us which cars and parts to start with. We'll email you when the studio opens renders for your car.
Will the part fit my car perfectly?
We won't promise perfect. Your CAD will be fitted against scanned geometry of your car's make, model and body style, and an engineer will review it for fit and mounting before you see the files. If your car has body changes where the part mounts, or we don't have its geometry yet, we'll tell you before you pay for design.
Is an AI designing my part?
The AI turns your words into renders on your car and a first design. That speeds up the slow, costly part of custom design. People still check the result. An engineer reviews the CAD, and you approve it before anything is quoted or made. You pay for the design work, the tooling, the carbon layup and the fit.
What will it cost?
Prices aren't set yet, and joining the list is free. The plan is free renders up to a limit, then a design fee that counts toward your build if you order, then a build quote after you approve the CAD. We may ask for a refundable design deposit to hold a design slot, and the sign-up form asks what you think of that. You'll see every price before you pay anything.
Could someone else end up with my design?
We won't sell your design to another owner. Every design starts from your description and your car. We'll publish the full design and file terms before we take any payment.
Can you copy a kit I saw on another car?
No. Originality is the point. Describe the look you want in your own words, and we'll design something new.
Do I keep the design files?
Yes. You'll get your approved CAD files, so you can reorder or repair the part later. We'll publish the exact file terms before we take any payment.

What's the kit you keep picturing?
Put your build on the founding list. Founding members hear first when the studio opens design slots for their car, and your answers decide which cars and parts we start with. Joining is free.
